who we are

Pinecone Dental Marketing is a service of Pinecone Digital, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. This policy covers this website (pineconedentalmarketing.com). It does not cover the patient-facing phone lines, pages, or texts we operate for client practices, which are governed by each practice's own policies and our agreements with them.

what we collect

Voice demos. When you start a browser voice demo, your voice and the conversation are processed by our voice AI provider to run the call, and the call is recorded and transcribed so we can review and improve the agent. If you type a practice or doctor name, that is stored with the demo. Please don't share real patient information in a demo.

Scheduling. When you book a demo, the details you enter are collected by our scheduling provider, Calendly, and shared with us.

Usage and advertising. We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and demo bookings and to show relevant ads. We also keep campaign tags from the link you arrived on (utm parameters) so we know which ads work.

Email. If you email us, we keep the message and your address to reply.

how we use it

To run and improve the demos, respond to you, schedule and hold demo meetings, measure and improve our advertising, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information.

who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of this site for us, including our hosting, voice AI, scheduling, email, and advertising providers, under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

your choices

You can decline microphone access and skip the voice demos. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and through Meta's ad settings. To ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted, email us at the address below.

retention and security

We keep demo recordings and transcripts only as long as they are useful for improving the agent, and contact details as long as we have a business relationship or you ask us to delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
