Pinecone Dental Marketing is built and run by Pinecone Digital, a systems-first growth agency in Salt Lake City. We build AI, web, and digital marketing systems for service businesses.
We also build Pinecone OS, our own agentic marketing platform. It runs Ava's call scoring, the consult briefs, and the reporting that ties every ad dollar to a treatment start.

why we built it

Specialist implant agencies proved the playbook: full-arch ads, dedicated funnel pages, setters, and treatment coordinators. The expensive, leaky part is the middle, where humans work phones on a schedule while patients call whenever they're ready.
We build AI systems for service businesses for a living. So we rebuilt the middle with software that answers on the first ring, qualifies like a good setter, and never forgets to call back, and put Pinecone Signal at the front so the budget starts with people already shopping.
